Lángos - fried dough
a garlicky deep fried doughy bread that is handmade from scratch with various add on toppings (sour cream, cheese, onion, bacon)
Hurricane potatoes
deep fried spiral potatoes sprinkled with a delish spice mix or salt, with optional ketchup or ranch on the side
Chicken paprikas
tender chicken in an unforgettably rich, flavorful and creamy paprika-infused sauce served with pasta. One of our tastiest stews and it is absolute heaven
Beef Stroganoff
small pieces of beef fillet, sautéed onions and mushrooms cooked in a creamy sauce with flavorful seasonings
Stuffed cabbage
a hearty comfort food dish made from seasoned ground pork and pearl barley encased in cabbage and cooked with sauerkraut in tomato sauce. Usually served with sour cream
Potato paprikas
a traditional Hungarian one-pot delight made with potatoes and aromatic smoky sweet paprika, creating a flavorful and hearty meal with added smoked sausage
Hungarian ratatouille/Lecso
a Hungarian pepper tomato and onion stew made with all our favorite spices
Shlambuch
a traditional Hungarian one-pot potato dish with aromatic smoky sweet paprika, creating a flavorful and hearty meal with added smoked sausage and HOMEMADE pasta
Smoky roasted paprika sausage
a fresh uncured sausage, a typical street food option on festivals and markets, our spice-heavy sausage is served with a crusty slice of bread and mustard.
Brasov roast (pork medallions)
cubed pork medallions fan fried in bacon fat and onions, seasoned with salt, pepper, marjoram and garlic, served with freshly made french fires.

Hungarian stew - Pörkölt
slow simmered stew that is loved by all. Through rich and unique preparation, it can be made out of chicken, pork or beef. Served with pasta, boiled potatoes or homemade dumplings called “nokedli, or galuska”. It's loaded with flavor and positively delicious
